Job Title: Roofer (East London)
Salary: £37,000 per annum (DOE) Van & Fuel Card

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer to join a maintenance team for a local authority in East London.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Carry out general roofing repairs, maintenance, and installations across various local authority properties.
2. Work on pitched and flat roofs, including waterproofing and guttering.
3. Inspect roofs for damage or wear and provide appropriate recommendations.
4. Safely install, maintain, and repair solar panels where required.
5. Ensure all work is carried out to health and safety standards and local authority guidelines.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a Roofer, ideally with experience in flat and pitched roofs.
7. Experience working with solar panels is highly desirable.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
10. Full UK driving licence.
