Key Responsibilities
HR Administration
1. Support the HR team with day-to-day administration across the employee lifecycle
2. Maintainaccurateemployee data and documentation
3. Assist with HR reporting andad-hocHR projects
Talent Acquisition Support
4. Coordinate interviewswithin the UK, in partnership with theEuropeTalent Acquisition Team, collaborating closely with hiring managers.
5. Manage candidate communication and scheduling
6. Support recruitment processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Early Careers Recruitment
7. Take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding process for our2027 UK PlacementStudent intake
8. Liaise with universities, candidates, internal stakeholders and hiring managers
9. Support employer branding and student engagement initiatives

You will bestudying for an undergraduate degree (ideally in HR, Business,Psychologyorarelated field), havingcompletedyour second yearyou will beseeking a 12‑month placement as part of your course.
