We are seeking a highly capable Industrial Placement Student that will work as a Digital Operations Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of business-critical digital and operational projects across our Wolverhampton facility. This role is crucial to our Digital Technology function, ensuring that key transformation initiatives are executed effectively, securely, and in alignment with strategic objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the business - including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance and Digital Technology - to manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover. Using recognised project management frameworks such as Agile, you will drive transformation, ensure risks are controlled, and deliver high-quality outcomes that enhance operational performance and digital capability.
