LOCATION: In-person in Halifax, West Yorkshire SALARY: Competitive, dependent on experience HOURS: Full-time, office based We are a small, family-run financial services firm with a close-knit team, working together in a busy, friendly environment. We are holistic chartered financial planners specialising in retirement planning and pride ourselves on delivering a personal, high-quality service to our clients. We are looking for an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in financial services to join our team and keep our operations running smoothly. You will be the organisational backbone of our office, ensuring everything runs efficiently, supporting advisers, and keeping clients happy. What you will need: Proven experience in a similar Office Manager or senior administrative role within financial services. Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) back-office system. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. A friendly, professional manner with clients and colleagues. The ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment. A genuine team player who enjoys working closely with others. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day office operations. Managing workflows and supporting advisers with client servicing. Ensuring Intelligent Office records are accurate and up to date. Liaising with providers and clients in a professional manner.
