We’re looking for a people-first Store Manager to lead our established store in Leamington Spa.
If you're someone who thrives on building strong teams, loves making customers feel incredible, and can turn big ideas into real results, this is your moment. This role is 4 days a week, covering weekdays as well as weekends.
What you'll do
1. Lead from the front – creating a store environment where your team feels inspired, supported and ready to give customers an amazing experience.
2. Drive success – keeping an eye on performance, spotting growth opportunities, and thinking commercially to boost sales and energy in the store.
3. Coach with care – developing a diverse, happy team that grows in confidence and capability every day.
4. Champion People – encouraging your team to bring their full selves to work and helping them thrive in their own way.
5. Customer connection – being out on the shop floor, getting to know our customers, and sharing your style knowledge in an authentic way.
