The role
Full time, fixed term until 31 st March 2028 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Children and Families Participation Worker in the Voice Influence and Change Team. You will work with children, young people and families to inform the development of Children & Young People services in Warwickshire. The work is varied and will involve planning and running events, forums and bespoke projects. You will support children, young people and families to express their views for different audiences and provide regular reports on these areas of work, which will be varied according to their identified priorities. The team work with creativity, pace, flexibility and passion, each bringing their own lived and learnt experiences. We are looking for an individual who shares these qualities and will bring their own experiences and ideas to the team.
