This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who wants to build a career in CRM, commercial operations, business systems and data analysis. You'll gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, one of the world's leading CRM platforms, whilst working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams to help drive business performance.
Whether you've completed a placement year, internship, graduate programme or gained up to 12 months of commercial experience, this role offers real responsibility from day one and a fantastic platform for long-term career development.
What You'll Be Doing
* This role sits at the intersection of CRM, sales operations and commercial analytics, giving you exposure to multiple areas of the business.
* You'll be responsible for:
* Supporting the day-to-day management and optimisation of Salesforce CRM
* Creating reports and dashboards that provide valuable commercial insights
* Maintaining data quality and ensuring accurate customer and sales information
* Supporting colleagues across the business with CRM queries and best practice
* Monitoring sales activity, pipelines and performance metrics
* Assisting with system enhancements, testing and continuous improvement projects
* Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams
* Helping identify smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline
* Completion of an industry placement, internship, graduate programme or up to 12 months' commercial experience
* Experience using Excel for reporting, analysis or data management
* Exposure to CRM systems through university projects, placements or work experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, SAP CRM or similar)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A proactive mindset and genuine desire to learn and develop
