Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Ensure all shifts, holidays, sickness and absences are covered by efficiently rostering core and relief officers
* Be the first point of contact for all security staff, helping them with their queries out of hours.
* Work to agreed practices relating to Health and Safety and quality management.
* Adherence to internal and external audit standards
* Ensure that all operational issues are managed effectively and escalated as necessary through the
* Duty Manager escalation procedures
* Assisting the Branch team updating Operational documentation
* Out of Hours scheduling Updating the officers’ diaries using the electronic system

Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
* A valid SIA licence.
* Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
* Excellent IT skills/Proficient in using Microsoft packages.
* Excellent Communication, customer service, administration, time management and organisational skills.
* The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
* Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
