Job Description
We are Homz UK; an award-winning young dynamic UK's nationwide planning consultancy with a qualified team of architects and town planners.
This is a remote role, and the candidate must be self-motivated, ambitious and able to work independently as well as within a team to deliver professional advice to our clients. The role is a client-facing one, so having strong communication skills is a must. The candidate will advise the client verbally and using a template complete a planning checklist for each client.
Responsibilities:
- Compile phone consultations with the clients
- Prepare Feasibility reports studies,
- Write Planning and Design Access Statements,
- Submit planning applications and manage the communications with the council until the decision is made,
Requirements:
* RTPI-accredited Town Planner
* UK Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning
* Strong knowledge of UK national planning principles and practices
* Excellent report writing skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
* Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for informed decision-making
PART-TIME or FULL-TIME
The role is home-based so there is a degree of flexibility but hours of work are generally speaking from 10.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday.
