JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker
LOCATION: St Neots (PE19)
SALARY: £14.40 - £15.00 per hour
HOURS: 36 per week
UK driving licence required
About Eynesbury House: Eynesbury House supports 9 adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability. We offer sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff develop their careers by learning new skills and gaining excellent qualifications, which can lead to numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector. Many of our Regional and Service Managers started as Support Workers and advanced through ongoing training and coaching.
As a Senior Support Worker, your responsibilities include:
1. Managing a team of Support Workers
2. Providing high standards of care and support in line with care and support plans
3. Encouraging community relationships through various activities
4. Accurately reporting, recording, and maintaining records as required
5. Liaising with health professionals and families
6. Completing supervisions and audits
7. Ensuring all duties are performed to required standards, contributing to a positive, homely atmosphere within the home
