About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious individual to join our property business as a Property & Business Assistant. This is a hands-on role working directly with the business owner, where you will be involved in many different areas of real estate, property management, finance, and business operations.
The role is dynamic and varied — ideal for someone who is fast, adaptive, and eager to learn. You'll be given responsibility from the start, with the opportunity to develop quickly, take on more responsibility, and grow with the company.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting with property and tenant management
* Helping prepare leases, contracts, and key documents
* Assisting with financial records and day-to-day business tasks
* Involvement in planning applications and development projects
* General business support to ensure smooth operations

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

* Comfortable using basic IT (email, spreadsheets, etc.)
