Position Details
* Location: White Plains, NY
* Type: Direct Hire
* Salary: $50,000 - $54,000
Our client has experienced tremendous growth over the past year, doubling in size and looking to hire several Level 1 Technical Support Specialists! You will troubleshoot 30-50 tickets daily for various locations nationwide. Support will be provided over the phone, assisting internal employees with technical issues such as WiFi troubleshooting, printer support, point of sale support, password resets, desktop troubleshooting, and more. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can present well over the phone.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in IT support
* Experience with Active Directory and Windows Support
* Ability to handle high call volumes
* Skills in Password Resets, WiFi troubleshooting, Windows Support, Printer Support
* Excellent communication skills
