Our children are with us for a variety of reasons and many will have experienced traumatic life events. They need empathy, care, love, play and stability to help them flourish and move onto the next stage of their life, whether that is going home, independence, university or another placement. Can you help us to achieve all of this and more?
About You
First and foremost, you must be a positive person who likes and enjoys being with our children. This is the key requisite for all our employees. We are looking for adults who are passionate about our children and are looking to work using an attachment based approach which really does put the child at the centre of all that we do.

* Clear communication skills: Effective communication, both verbal and written, is vital. Your ability to express yourself clearly and appropriately will ensure smooth interactions and understanding among team members and the children and young people in your care.
