As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in building positive relationships, offering consistency, and supporting the pupil to develop confidence and coping strategies both in and out of the classroom. This is a rewarding opportunity to positively influence a young person’s journey and see meaningful progress first-hand. The ideal candidate will have: A calm, empathetic, and consistent approach to behaviour support Experience working with children or young people with SEN and/or behavioural needs Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships Confidence in de-escalation and positive behaviour management A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting young people to succeed Role requirements: Full-time availability during school hours (term time only) Willingness to work 1:1 with a pupil with SEMH or behavioural needs Ability to follow school safeguarding, behaviour, and support policies An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Right to work in the UK Why apply?
