The successful candidate will be outgoing and passionate about customer service.

Essential Criteria:
* 1 year Bar experience in a similar environment
* Fully flexible to work Friday and Saturday evenings
* Proven track record of Customer Care
Desirable Criteria:
* 1 year experience in a busy table service restaurant
* Cocktail Bar Experience
* Level 2 or higher Food Hygiene Certificate (must be current)
