Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Recovery Support Workers to join our Supported Accommodation services in Tameside. Our staff deliver positive mental health and housing related support in a personalised way, engaging with service users and their wider support networks to build trusting relationships.
As a Recovery Support Worker, you may visit service users in their own home or in other settings to offer practical and emotional support. We encourage service users to live as independently as possible, working towards this in accordance with their individual support plans.
Experience in the Care and Mental Health sector is preferred, however if you share our drive, passion and values for helping those with mental health needs, we encourage you to apply. Full training and peer support are provided, with a work environment that supports your success.
