You'll be the hotel's on-site presence after hours, handling late check-ins, early check-outs, security, and a variety of operational tasks to keep the hotel running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Act as the hotel's first line of security, monitoring entrances, guest activity, and safety throughout the night. Manage late check-ins and early check-outs with a friendly, professional approach. Prepare continental or takeaway breakfasts and ensure guest requests are fulfilled. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobby, hallways, and restrooms. Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, handling guest enquiries or passing messages to the relevant departments. Provide basic bartending services to in-house guests as required. Support other hotel departments with ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless guest experiences. Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or guest concerns during the night shift. What We're Looking For Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or security preferred but not essential. A responsible, reliable, and trustworthy individual. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently. Physically fit and able to perform the demands of the role, including standing and moving for extended periods. Flexible and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays. A friendly, guest-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and service. Salary & Benefits An hourly rate of £13.50 £1.00 housing allowance for those NOT requiring accommodation.
