Join a leading, luxury cruise agency as a Customer Service & Admin Executive! If you have a strong understanding of the cruise industry and enjoy helping customers to perfect their cruise holiday, we’d love to hear from you!
This is fully home-based role and our client's ideal candidate will have good understanding of the cruise sector, have previous experience of working in a similar customer focused role and ability to work well in a fast paced environment.
In return our client can offer a competitive salary, hours of Monday – Friday 9 - 5.30pm with just 2 Saturdays per month and excellent benefits including private medical insurance and concessions towards your own cruise holidays.

Role of Luxury Cruise Customer Service & Admin Executive:
1. Answering calls from customers with existing cruise bookings
2. Dealing with amendments, cancellations, and payments
3. Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
4. Office administration
5. Inbox management
6. Quality control
Skills required for the role:
7. Previous experience in customer service role - essential
8. Strong knowledge of the cruise sector - essential
9. Experience with luxury products and high spend customers
10. Confident and pro-active telephone manner
11. Good eye for detail and accuracy
