What You’ll Do

* Build great software: Design, develop, test and refine user‑centred applications using modern engineering practices and Agile ways of working.

* Work across the stack: Exposure to cloud services, integrations and DevOps practices, contributing to continuous improvement and secure delivery.
* Learn in live teams: Collaborate in multi‑disciplinary squads—participating in stand‑ups, sprint reviews and show‑and‑tells—to turn ideas into working software.

What You’ll Bring

* Curiosity about software development and the Power Platform, with logical problem‑solving and a can‑do attitude.
* Entry qualifications for a Degree Apprenticeship, typically including GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4+) and UCAS points (or a completed Level 3 apprenticeship) meeting university entry criteria. (Final checks are completed with our university partner.)
* Great communication skills and the ability to work well in a team, with an interest in Agile, service management good practice and information security.

What You’ll Gain

* A fully funded degree (BSc (Hons) Digital & Technology Solutions – Software Engineer) delivered alongside your role.
* Structured on‑the‑job training and mentoring from experienced developers, including hands‑on Power Platform delivery.
* Hybrid working, a supportive learning culture and access to our employee benefits.
