We are seeking a colour Technician to join our dynamic team. Needs to be a qualified colour technican that is confident in colouring, cutting and styling. Must be passionate about hair and delivering great customer service and results. Hardworking, helpful and trustworthy teamplayer. Must be reliable and punctual to all work shifts. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our services while providing exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills, making them a valuable asset in our store environment.
Duties
* Manage daily store operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for clients.
* Provide high-quality colouring, cutting and styling services, catering to diverse client needs and preferences.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Oversee front desk activities, including appointment scheduling and client check-ins.
* Helping ensuring salon is clean and tidy at all times, offering drinks to clients, helping other team members enhancing team performance.
* Perform high quality colour services at all times.
* Implement upselling techniques to promote products and services effectively, enhancing overall sales performance.

* Strong background in store management with an emphasis on operational efficiency.
