But now, the mission is bigger. They’re evolving into a real-time media platform and marketplace, a model that will blend the best of affiliate, programmatic and first-party data to create new performance marketing opportunities for a wider universe of brands.
This role isn’t about incremental change. It’s about leading a transformation and building a revenue-generating platform from the ground up.
As Associate Director, the successful candidate will be instrumental in moving the company from traditional performance affiliate marketing into real-time media trading. The company is looking for someone who has a firm grasp of DSPs, DMPs, and trading desks, and who can confidently operate across commercial strategy, platform design, and data activation.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the strategic transformation from an affiliate network to a media marketplace with a focus on transparency, data, and real-time capabilities
* Driving innovation in media trading models, including onboarding of advertisers and activation of new commercial structures (CPM, CPC, CPA, and hybrids)
* Forging new commercial partnerships with DSPs, ad networks, data platforms, and brand-side media buyers, bringing together the building blocks of a scalable programmatic offering
* Working with internal product teams to define and implement a marketplace dashboard with integrated analytics and audience segmentation
* Activating and monetising first-party data collected across the existing affiliate network to enable audience targeting, lookalikes, and dynamic creatives
* Acting as a thought partner to executive leadership, ensuring the company’s go-to-market strategy in non-iGaming sectors is credible, differentiated, and commercially viable
Be the bridge between vision and execution
This role is suited to someone who has 8 to 12 years’ experience in digital media, adtech, or martech, ideally with a background in strategic consultancy, programmatic trading, or marketplace design.
You’ll be expected to bring:
* A track record of launching new revenue models, trading desks, or audience platforms
* Fluency in the commercial and technical dimensions of media trading, including audience segmentation, bid strategies, and real-time reporting
* The ability to operate hands-on while communicating confidently with senior stakeholders
* Flexibility to operate across European time zones, with a hybrid work setup and travel as needed
This is not a passive consulting role. You’ll be in the weeds, building, testing, iterating, and scaling.
