JDRoss is supporting a global business in their search for a Senior ETRM Business Analyst. This is an opportunity to join a growing company that has been established for over 20 years.
You will work within regulatory and transformation programmes.
Responsibilities
* Play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with effective technology solutions.
* Act as a key liaison between stakeholders at all levels, translating business needs into clear requirements.
* Lead critical initiatives and mentor Business Analysts and Junior Business Analysts.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization, analyze and document business requirements, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with ETRM knowledge.
* Provide advice, guidance, and expertise to promote adoption of methods and tools among stakeholders, ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
* Experience in planning, scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization for large, complex initiatives.
* In-depth knowledge of industry-wide modelling techniques.
* Ability to advise on techniques and approaches, influencing customers accordingly.
* Experience managing teams or mentoring junior staff is preferred.
