Responsibilities

* Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
* Train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen protocols.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
* Conduct regular quality checks on food presentation and taste before serving.

* Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food production with a focus on quality and presentation.
* Excellent team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.

* In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices within the industry.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, ideally in a similar role or establishment.
