GP Receptionist – Crowborough
A respected and welcoming GP surgery in Crowborough is currently seeking a receptionist to join their committed and friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to become an essential part of a busy practice that plays a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of the local community.
As the first point of contact for patients, the receptionist is a key part of the practice team. The role involves managing a wide range of administrative and patient-facing duties, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, booking and managing appointments, handling prescription requests, and supporting the clinical team with day-to-day operations. Maintaining a calm and professional manner while providing excellent customer service is crucial.
While previous experience in a medical or administrative setting is desirable, it is not essential. The practice is happy to receive CVs from anyone who is willing to work hard, has a positive attitude, and is keen to learn. Full training will be provided for the right candidate, and ongoing support will be available to help them succeed in the role.
