Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and on-brand designs for both print and digital marketing campaigns. Your work will play a key role in promoting our services across multiple channels, including social media, email campaigns, print materials (leaflets, flyers, brochures), and more. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms (ads, banners, posts, stories) to support marketing campaigns. Create print materials, including brochures, flyers, leaflets, and posters. Develop email templates and other digital assets that align with our marketing strategies. Collaborate with the wider marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audience, ensuring designs align with overall messaging. Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve the visual impact of our marketing materials. Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms. Requirements: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio of work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) and other design tools. Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and designing for these channels. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and an ability to create designs that convert. Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
