Before the first guest ever steps through our doors, theres a world of quiet creation. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join us on this exciting new chapter. Bring your own ideas, expertise, and experience whilst driving hotel business and performance.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the technical setup of a hotel from final fix to flawless function.
Partner with designers and contractors to ensure every detail not only works but feels right.
Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance duties across the property
Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations
Recruit, train, and inspire a small, skilled team ready for opening day and beyond.
Implement and maintain maintenance schedules and logs
Act quickly and efficiently to resolve guest-impacting issues
Implement and uphold brand standards across the property
About you:
Proven experience in a hotel or hospitality maintenance role
Experience in large-scale refurbishment and pre-opening is desirable
Trade skills (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or similar) are desirable
Sound knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
Strong task scheduling and project coordination skills
A hands-on, positive, can-do approach to daily challenges
Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure
