Office Manager / Facilities Coordinator

Location: NG11 Ruddington
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000

Hours: hours

Monday to Friday



We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a close-knit, friendly company of around 45 employees based in NG11. They’re seeking an Office & Facilities Coordinator to join them.



What’s most important here is finding the right person – someone who’s approachable, caring, outgoing, and ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of office life.

One minute you might be topping up the coffee and refreshments, the next you could be coordinating with external IT providers or handling building maintenance issues. We’re looking for a genuine all-rounder who’s happy to turn their hand to just about anything.



What you’ll be doing:

* Managing day-to-day office operations and liaising with the landlord
* Ensuring the office is fully stocked, clean, and welcoming
* Coordinating with service providers including IT, cleaners, and suppliers
* Supporting new starters with inductions, IT setup, and security passes
* Overseeing health & safety procedures, fire drills, and first aid provision
* Providing occasional PA support to the Exec Board
* Helping plan and deliver internal and client events
* Supervising and providing cover for the Admin Assistant when needed



What we’re looking for:

* A positive, proactive attitude and strong people skills
* Previous experience in office/facilities coordination
* Confident using tech and comfortable liaising with IT providers
* Organised, reliable, and happy to pitch in wherever needed
* Available to start at short notice
