About Colindale Services
Colindale Services provide mental health support, care home, and supported housing services operating 24/7, aimed at individuals aged 18 and above. Our approach is recovery-oriented and strength-based, focusing on developing resilience, social networks, life skills, and access to community resources to promote health, wellbeing, and independence. We support the local health and social care system by managing system demands while maximizing opportunities for our service users.
Your Role
You will help and inspire service users to maintain their tenancy and independence. Working with them to develop personal support plans aligned with their goals, you will assist in developing domestic and financial management skills, and facilitate access to work, leisure, or educational opportunities. Your support can truly make a difference.
Candidate Profile
An understanding of mental health issues or lived experience is beneficial but not essential. More importantly, you should be caring, compassionate, empathetic, and enthusiastic about helping others. You need to be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, willing to participate in a weekly rota system, and available for on-call duties.

Position Details
This is a permanent full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week. There are three Recovery Worker positions available.
