Description
Process invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.
Assist with payroll preparation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Support the preparation of financial reports for internal review.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Respond to queries related to accounts and provide necessary clarifications.
Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and procedures.
May be working towards their accountancy degree Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant will have experience in the above and be on short notice.
Job Offer
Competitive hourly pay of GBP 16.00 to GBP 18.00, based on experience.
8.30-5pm Mon-Fri
