We are the drivers of change.#LI-HybridThis is the jobWe’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, inclusive, and compliant digital experiences across our Financial Services journeys. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver user-centred solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction while remaining hands-on with design delivery.You’ll bring deep experience in UX/UI design, particularly within regulated B2C environments, and a passion for mentoring others. Your work will be informed by data, research, and customer insights, helping to shape roadmaps and evolve our design system. If you're a proactive, collaborative designer who thrives in agile environments, we’d love to hear from you. Please note this role is a 7-month fixed term contract.What will I be doing?Lead the design of acquisition and servicing journeys across web and app platformsCollaborate with compliance to ensure FCA-aligned, user-friendly experiencesMentor and coach other designers, fostering growth and collaborationFacilitate workshops and contribute to product discovery and roadmap shapingPartner with research and insight teams to validate and iterate on designsEvolve and maintain design systems and style guides for consistencyWhat do I need?Strong experience within UX/UI design roles at a Senior levelProven experience in regulated B2C environments, ideally financial servicesStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design delivery across platformsExperience mentoring or coaching other designersSkilled in design thinking, product discovery, and agile methodologiesComfortable using tools like Figma, Miro, Zeplin, and data to inform decisionsWe require a copy of your most up to date portfolio as part of your application.
