WHAT TO EXPECT
The department is responsible for maintaining site operations and developing the site infrastructure across the EPMC. The department covers a wide range of responsibilities from managing the provision of utility services and management of key service providers on site as well as the day to day maintenance and safe operation of the site and facilities.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Work with first-tier contractors to ensure site metrics and deliverables for facilities and environmental are met.
2. Support all defect reporting for site and snagging of issues for all areas and projects.
3. Work with Maintenance teams to define and build site spares stocks and ensure budget control.
