We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join us here at Castle Village within our village food, beverage, and hospitality team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.
This is a part-time position (24 hours per week over 4 days, weekends included) week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
* Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs.
* Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
* Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents.
* Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes.
* Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes.
* Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.

Experience and Qualifications:
· Job-related experience desirable but not essential
· Up to 1 year of general work experience delivering to standard
