As a Team Manager we offer a starting salary of £34,125rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to£39,921 per year. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salaryabove the initial starting salary).
Main duties of the job
As Team Manager you will have overall responsibility for the operationsof the Lincoln Hub. You will be avisible leader within your team, providing practical and visible leadershipthroughout the will workcollaboratively with other Team Managers and Team Leaders you will ensure highquality treatment is delivered in a person centred and engaging way.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Co-ordinating a duty manager process within theLincoln hub with an allocated manager responsible each day for the running ofthe hub and the chairing of the hub flash meeting;
2. Co-ordinating rotas ensuring coverage for allinterventions including needle and syringe provision, duty cover, assessments,group delivery;
3. Working collaboratively with the Clinical ServicesManager to ensure clinical interventions within the Lincoln hub areco-ordinated;
4. Working with the Admin Team Leader to ensure allaspects of Health and Safety within the hub are managed;
5. Line management of the Lincoln Team Leader and ateam of Advanced Recovery Practitioners and Recovery Workers in Lincoln;
6. Ensuring practitioners within the Lincoln teamdeliver high quality treatment interventions in line with Lincolnshire RecoveryPartnerships Treatment Pathways;
7. Ensuring high quality performance working incollaboration with the Data and Performance Manager;
8. Working collaboratively with Quality and GovernanceManager, Safeguarding Manager and Training and Practice Lead to ensure aculture of learning and continuous improvement

19. Demonstratable leadership skills and flexible and adaptable leadership style;
20. In depth understanding and ability to operationally and performance manage the functions of the team I lead;
21. Excellent communication skills (verbal/written). Ability to adapt to respond to staff, commissioners/partners and people we support;
22. Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills;
23. Ability to remain calm and resilient in high pressure environments;
