The EPC Engineering Project Manager role is responsible for leading all engineering tasks related to delivery of a SPS project to client, within budget and on time. They must be focused on safety, quality and compliance.
As a Project Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for
1. Overall engineering leadership on project
2. Responsible for the project technical relationship with the client.
3. Accountable for the detailed engineering integrated planning and execution to the plan.
4. Coordinate COE’s engineering activities to achieve overall budgeted hours for all packages.
5. Lead monthly scheduled reviews that track progress and spending by team.
6. Monitor, explain and resolve any deviations from the early baseline on the S-curve for engineering.
7. Drive on-time delivery through regular meetings and detailed team engagement.
8. Issue and approve manpower needed to execute to the schedule and any additional scopes that enters the project
To be successful in this role, you will:
9. Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering or science-based discipline.
10. Previous experience in positions such as project engineering, system engineering or project engineering management at product or system level.
11. Be able to create and lead multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed teams.
12. Be able to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts, and deduce solutions..
13. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
14. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
15. Established project management skills.
16. Be available to travel internationally for project needs and for short term assignments.
