We are partnered with a manufacturing business based near Leamington Spa, in their search for a Technical Administrator, with strong knowledge of afvanced Excel.
Job Purpose:
You'll work closely with Engineering leaders to ensure smooth operations by managing administrative responsibilities and producing clear, actionable performance reports and team communications.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support with creation and communication of key performance metrics including use of PowerBI and MS Excel to pull together data from multiple areas on a monthly basis.
Create and distribute Engineering team communication.
Arrangement of travel and external meetings for the Engineering team.
Collate and update 'non-product' Engineering documentation
Responsible for main admin duties including arranging office maintenance, stationary etc.
Support project teams with document creation and cost tracking.
Occasional action taking in meetings.
Accountabilities & Commitments Required:
Own the delivery of accurate, timely metrics and communications.
Manage core administrative tasks with efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Maintain clear, organised documentation and ensure follow-through on meeting actions and project updates.
