Oversee the full software delivery lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and support. Deliver enterprise-grade applications using Outsystems or traditional development. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and value delivery. Drive agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) and continuous improvement. Manage integration with complex external systems, including legacy platforms and third-party solutions. Support vendor relationships and ensure adequate team capacity for project delivery. Identify and implement opportunities for process and application improvements. Essential Skills & Experience: Experience in software development (both Outsystems or traditional development environments considered).
