We’re looking for a General Ledger Assistant in the Commercial finance function to support the day-to-day management of the General Ledger. The position will be based out of our Lomondgate site and work on hybrid basis. The position will report to the General Ledger Lead and will be key to successfully managing transactions across capital build and spares.

What You’ll Do
1. Bank & Cash Management: Post weekly bank transactions, reconcile currencies (Euro, USD, GBP), monitor cash flow, and manage weekly cash flow forecasts in Tagetik.
2. Intercompany Transactions: Code accounts payable IC invoices, maintain IC recharge spreadsheets, raise and upload spares and capital build invoices, and handle AUFL settlements.
