About the Role - Store Manager
This is a hands-on retail management role, perfect for a people-first leader who loves creating an engaging customer experience and driving sales. You'll be responsible for all aspects of store operations including:
* Leading your team from the front
* Delivering brilliant customer service every day
* Achieving retail KPIs and managing commercial performance
* Planning rotas, managing payroll, and overseeing stock integrity
