Salary: £14.82 per hour

Are you our next Care Team Leader? Here’s more about the role:
As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals who share a desire to ensure residents are comfortable in their home, and you will support Care Assistants in their development.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate daily care for residents, ensuring compassionate and respectful support.
* Supervise and support Care Assistants, enabling their development and growth.
* Ensure adherence to individual care plans and high standards of quality care.
* Promote activities and engagement, including leisure and social programs, as part of a holistic approach to care.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, kind, and patient-focused care to residents and their families.
What skills do I need?
* Teamwork and the ability to foster a happy, collaborative staff and resident environment.
* Experience in care is essential; an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible approach.
* Kindness, empathy for older people, and a commitment to dignity and respect.
