Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Cheltenham
Start Date: 5th January
Pay: £88.92 – £120 per day (dependent on experience)

Monarch Education is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, supportive nursery setting in the Cheltenham area. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and caring practitioner who is passionate about early years education and supporting children’s development in a nurturing environment.
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver high‑quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5
* Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Work collaboratively with a friendly and experienced team
* Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
Requirements:
* Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) – essential
* Previous experience working in an early years setting
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* A proactive, reliable, and caring approach
* Valid childcare references
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
