What I’m looking for in this role:
* Agency experience (ideally 100+ clients)
* Deep TikTok ecommerce experience (Shop, creators, GMV-style ads, content economics, finance)
* Experience scaling multiple accounts and teams
* Accountability leadership → enforce standards set, scorecards, SOPs & systems
* Optimises fulfillment team structure & management
* Focuses on results, churn and client satisfaction
* Highly in-touch with new TikTok features, strategies, competitors, etc.
* Updates strategies & SOPs
* Recruits, trains and coaches all client fulfillment teams
* Continuous desire to improve how we launch, scale and report account
* Handle client escalations
* Ability to fix broken accounts

* ±40-50 total headcount

* CEO (focused on marketing and finance)

Compensation:
* $250k USD OTE (6fig base + bonus + profit share)
