The Role

:

The Agentic Lead is responsible for driving go-to-market (GTM) activities and leading engagements around Microsoft Agents and related technologies. This role involves managing strategic relationships with Microsoft UK, delivering presales sessions and workshops, and leading RFP/RFI responses. The Agentic Lead will also build and maintain offerings centred on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and emerging technologies such as Fabric and Azure Foundry. A strong focus on client engagement, technical expertise, and thought leadership is essential.

Go-to-Market and Presales:

1. Develop and execute GTM strategies for Microsoft Agents and Copilot solutions.
2. Deliver presales presentations, workshops, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
3. Support bids and proposals, including leading RFP and RFI responses.

Relationship Management:

4. Manage and strengthen the strategic relationship with Microsoft UK.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft account managers to align offerings and joint initiatives.

Solution Development and Innovation:

6. Build and maintain offerings around Microsoft Agents, Copilot, and related technologies.
7. Stay current with Microsoft innovations, including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Fabric, and Azure Foundry.

Client Engagement:

8. Deliver sessions, workshops and projects to clients on Agentic and Copilot solutions.
9. Provide guidance on licensing, integration, and adoption strategies.

Thought Leadership:

10. Create technical assets such as presentations, demos, and videos to support GTM activities.
11. Represent KPMG Microsoft Business Solutions at industry events and client forums.

Required:

12. Proven success in a technical presales or solution lead role.
13. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
14. Understanding of data strategy and governance in Microsoft environments.
15. Familiarity with Azure Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Dynamics 365 applications.
16. Experience in building or selling technology solutions across sectors such as Financial Services, Public Sector, Retail & Consumer, Manufacturing, Energy, or Professional Services.

Desirable:

17. Knowledge of other GPT-based solutions and automation tools.
18. Awareness of sustainability and sector-specific solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies.

The Person:

19. Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
20. Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
21. Experience with Microsoft sales cycles and collateral development.
22. Analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
23. Ability to manage complex relationships and deliver high-quality outputs under pressure.
24. Flexible and adaptable, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
25. Willingness to travel as required.
