NDT Technician Location: Leicester : Leicester Forest East Salary: GBP 38k during training (Days) GBP 47k once competent (Nights) Shift: Monday to Thursday 12 hour shift
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced NDT professional looking to take the next step in your career with a growing, forward:thinking business?Our client is expanding rapidly as their order book continues to grow, and they are now seeking a motivated NDT Technician to join their skilled and supportive inspection team.
What Youll Be Doing
Manage workflows effectively to meet production and delivery schedules. Conduct detailed inspections to ensure product conformity with customer specifications. MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) DPI (Dye Penetrant Inspection) Visual Inspection
Youll play a key part in ensuring the integrity of high:precision components by identifying cracks, flaking, and other critical defects.
What Were Looking For
Experience within the aerospace sector is ideal, but we also welcome candidates with backgrounds in other high:integrity, quality:driven industries. A sharp eye for detail, strong inspection skills, and a commitment to quality are essential. Experience with CMM equipment is beneficial but not required.
Training and Development
Youll receive three months of structured training, giving you a solid foundation in the clients inspection processes, products, and quality expectations : ensuring youre fully supported from the start.
