Overview
Crest Nicholson's Eastern division are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the growing team at our office in Brentwood. Crest Nicholson has been building new homes for 60 years and is a leading developer focused on creating vibrant sustainable communities.
Responsibilities
* Guide and support customers through their new homes purchase, assisting with initial snagging issues or remedial work.
* Address queries from the public affected by construction sites, and report important information to site teams.
* Coordinate with contractors and technicians to complete works efficiently with minimal disruption.
* Follow customers through the journey and follow up to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
* Manage multiple cases, maintain organisation, and follow up appropriately; escalate to senior teams for more serious faults or defects as needed.
* Engage in difficult conversations with customers when required and deliver above and beyond to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications and attributes
* Positive and outgoing with a strong sense of customer service.
* Good organisational skills with the ability to handle several cases at once.
* Ability to communicate effectively with clients during what may be a significant purchase.
* Supportive team environment with an escalation chain for more serious issues.
