Are you looking to kick start your career in Procurement? This role is ideal for someone keen to start a career in procurement and gain valuable industry experience in procurement project management to develop your knowledge and skills, and in turn help Scape maintain its position as expert in the field.
Were looking for an Apprentice Procurement Officer, to join our established team, where youll gain hands on experience in all activities pre / post procurement including research, development and market engagement. All whilst studying to achieve the Procurement / CIPS Level 3 qualification.
Your new role
As an Apprentice Procurement Officer, youll support on all activities of procurement, Scoring and evaluating submissions, providing feedback and publishing of notices ?.
Youll assist in the application of the contract procedure rules and appropriate legislation including the Public Contract 2015 and the Procurement Act 2024.
Youll also support your manager in cross functional projects, ensuring you help to develop and maintain relationships with internal clients and ensure work is delivered to a high standard. The role means youll need to adhere to and uphold company policy and procedure, by providing advice and guidance to the wider business.

What youll bring
? We are looking for someone with a keen interest in procurement, whos looking to build a career in this field. An appreciation of procurement project management and exposure to procurement, within the built environment or the public sector is a real advantage.
Youll have GSCE English and Maths (grade 4/C or above) and some work experience in any field, so you can demonstrate great customer service and interpersonal skills. Youll be a team player, with strong communication skills. Able to manage multiple tasks but retain attention to detail and an analytical proactive problem-solving approach will be key to your success in this role.
Competent user of the Microsoft office suite of applications.
