Overview
We’re looking for a General Administrator to support our Heineken contract based in Croydon. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will have direct responsibility for all administrative duties relating to stock allocation, transport, warehouse & goods in. This is a full‑time, permanent role with rotating shifts from 7‑am to 6‑pm, 6‑pm to 10‑pm, and 10‑pm to 6‑am.
Responsibilities
* Process orders through SAP and manage all administrative duties related to goods in.
* Complete driver debriefs and download tachograph graph data.
* Report all accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences to management and comply with site health and safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
* Ensure information is supplied to agreed timescales and meets standards of accuracy.
* Contribute to a positive, cooperative, and supportive working culture among all employees.
Qualifications
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of warehouse and transport practices and sound financial and commercial awareness.
* PC literacy and the ability to work to agreed targets and KPIs.
* Team‑working and customer‑focused attitude.
