💸 Salary £80k - £100k (dependent upon experience) + up to 20% bonus
The business has some very exciting expansion plans, both in retail and online so we truly believe this is a unique opportunity for someone to join a fast-growth omni-channel brand and make a real name for themselves.
What skills you need
* ⭐️ A minimum of 6 years D2C / Growth marketing experience, ideally for a D2C start-up/scale-up.
* ⭐️ Experience working for an omni-channel brand would be beneficial (D2C, Amazon & Retail channels).
* ⭐️ Exceptional Meta/TikTok/YouTube advertising knowledge is critical.
* ⭐️ Proven team management credentials is important, as we’ll be looking to build a department underneath you
* ⭐️ Candidates MUST have delivered strong growth for a brand, £5m - £50m+
In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you 🚀:
* ⭐️ 2/3 days in London a month
* ⭐️ Ability to work from anywhere on UK hours for periods of time but must be UK based majority of the time
