Responsibilities
* Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promoting promos to drive revenue.
* Piercing Excellence: Train as a piercing expert, conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions and concerns throughout the process.
* Keep It Fresh: Maintain an Insta-worthy store with appealing displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts.
* Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and foster a positive, high-energy store atmosphere.
* Brand Representation: Showcase Claire’s products and services, stay connected to fashion and social media trends, and suggest products to boost sales.
* Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, visual merchandising, and promotional activities to reflect the Claire’s brand values.
* Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to share their Claire’s experience on social media.
About You
* Sales-Driven Energy: You enjoy making sales, hitting goals, and turning browsers into buyers.
* Social & Digital Savvy: You understand trends and know how to translate them into great customer experiences.
* Customer-First Mentality: You focus on helping people feel confident and empowered.
* Retail & Leadership Skills: At least one year of retail experience, ideally with leadership or sales-driving responsibilities.
* Ready to Hustle: You’re organized, self-motivated, and continually looking to level up.
Job Requirements
* Ability to conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, especially with young or anxious customers.
* Proficiency with POS systems to facilitate transactions and support store operations.
* Completed some high school education and at least one year of retail management experience.
* Ability to stand during shifts and lift/move 11–35 kg (25–75 lbs).
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or step stools during placing merchandise and assisting customers.
* Passion for helping customers express themselves through fashion every day.
* Energetic interactions with customers and commitment to excellent service.
* Aligned with Claire’s values: teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and management.
* Strong mathematics skills for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.

* Ability to create curated fashion looks with products during shifts.
