Responsibilities
* As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.
* Working alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assisting with personal care, meal times, daily routines and meaningful activities.
* Your support will help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can thrive.

* An interest in working with the elderly and knowledge of a Care Assistant role within a Nursing Home.
* NISCC registration (or able to obtain within 6 months).
* Eligibility to live and work in the UK (this role does not meet Home Office requirements for sponsorship).
* Ability to carry out physical requirements of the role.
* Previous paid or unpaid experience in providing care in all aspects of daily living.
* A qualification equivalent to an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

This role is a casual role with shifts available in Cregagh Nursing Home, Belfast or Carryduff Nursing Home, Carryduff.Cregagh Nursing Home caters for up to 40 residents and hosts an interim unit alongside a general nursing unit.Carryduff Nursing Home caters for up to 21 residents in a general nursing facility.Interviews may take place via video call.This role involves substantial access to vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be offered the position subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Check through Access NI.
