One of the fastest growing construction companies based in the East Midlands needs an experienced quantity surveyor who is capable of running two to three projects at once. Experienced in new build and fast track fit out. Retail and commercial projects is ideal but not essential. The ideal, ambitious candidate will have the following skills and experience: ·Working on different contracts (JCT, traditional and NEC) ·Regional Builder Background or similar ·Buying/Procurement Experience ·Monthly Cost Reporting & Monitoring ·Experience with projects including retail and commercial new build and refurb projects is preferred but no essential ·Project Values £5m - £10m ·Degree Qualified or HNC minimum with relevant experience ·Package: Competitive Salary, plus, Car Allowance, Pension, Bonus, Holidays etc
